What to Expect During an Insulation Inspection

• Arrival Window: Inspections are scheduled within a one-hour arrival window (for example, our ETA can be at any time within 10:00 AM–11:00 AM). Our goal is to arrive at the beginning of the time window, but this buffer allows flexibility for slight delays due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen conditions.

• Day-Of Confirmation: We may call you on the day of the inspection to reconfirm that you are available and that the scheduled time still works. This helps us ensure we are fully set before heading out.

• Measurements & Evaluation: A trained insulation specialist will take detailed measurements of your attic, crawlspace, walls, or other areas. They will also assess site conditions (access points, ventilation, existing insulation, moisture, etc.) to prepare the most accurate estimate possible.

• Access Requirements: Please ensure we have clear and safe access to attics, crawlspaces, or any other spaces that need inspection. This may require moving personal items or clearing entry points before our arrival.

• Duration: Most insulation inspections take 30–60 minutes, depending on the property size and accessibility.

• Noise/Equipment: Some inspections may involve ladders, flashlights, cameras, or diagnostic tools, which may generate some minor noise.

Terms & Conditions

1. Free, No-Obligation Estimates: All insulation inspections and estimates are provided completely free of charge and at no obligation. The cost of preparing your estimate is never added into your project price.

2. Non-Binding Estimates: Inspections are for the purpose of preparing a detailed quote. Final pricing may be adjusted if hidden conditions are discovered once work begins (e.g., structural damage, electrical obstructions, asbestos, excessive debris, or moisture issues).

3. Customer Presence: We recommend that the property owner or decision-maker be present during the inspection to review findings, discuss insulation options, and answer any questions.

4. Safety & Liability: Our team follows strict safety protocols when entering attics, crawlspaces, or other confined areas. We ask that children, pets, and non-authorized individuals remain clear of inspection areas.

5. Access Permission: By scheduling an inspection, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us access to the property and areas being measured.

6. Rescheduling & No-Shows:

   • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.

   • If an appointment is missed without any notice or rescheduling, we will disregard the request and no longer consider the outreach for future services.

   • Clients who communicate promptly and reschedule as needed are always welcome to book a new inspection.

7. Specialty Testing (if applicable): In some cases, additional diagnostic testing (e.g., moisture readings, air sealing diagnostics, or infrared imaging) may incur a fee, which will always be disclosed upfront and may be credited toward your project.

8. Confidentiality: All findings, photos, and reports generated during the inspection are for the client’s use and remain confidential.

After the Inspection

• You will receive a written estimate/quote within [3 business days at most] of the inspection, some may take longer and if so that will be communicated.

• If additional site data or testing is needed, we will inform you before proceeding.

• Delivery of Quotes: All of our quotes are sent via email, so an email address is required to complete the process. If you prefer another form of delivery, please let us know and we will provide the best available option to ensure you receive your quote.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days and pricing on accepted quotes is secured for 30 days.
